I found the TRUE FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH! Results that you can see, feel and believe!

 Here I am at 60 years old. How you look on the outside is just the icing on the cake, but very nice icing indeed when modeled by Coach R.B. Berry.  Most people can't believe my age as I am young in mind, body and spirit.  I am in my 60's passing for 40 something and I can truly keep up with the 30 year olds.   At 58, I was huffing, puffing and grunting climbing stairs.  I joined the gym and by 60 as pictured above I had lost nearly 40 pounds, dropped from 33% body fat to 18% and felt amazing vitality and energy.  By 62 I completed my first marathon.  Before this, the last time I ran was in high school!  It does not matter where you start or what shape you are in now.  It only matters that you do start to transform your health and life.  Simply amazing!  Thanks to my coach for life, R.B. Almond Chicken Salad)

This is a great summer salad that can be prepared ahead of time so you can enjoy the day.

Here's What You Need
  • 1/2 cup blanched slivered almonds, toasted
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 large carrot, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon ground dry mustard
  • 1/2 pound sugar snap peas, halved
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 2 cups chopped, cooked chicken breast meat
Instructions
  1. <p>In a large bowl, mix together the onions, carrot, red pepper, peas, chicken, cilantro and almonds.
  2. Set aside.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the sugar, vinegar, sesame oil, teriyaki sauce and dry mustard until smooth.
  4. Pour over salad mixture and toss until coated.
  5. Serve in pita pockets or on a bed of lettuce.
