I found the TRUE FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH! Results that you can see, feel and believe!

 Here I am at 60 years old. How you look on the outside is just the icing on the cake, but very nice icing indeed when modeled by Coach R.B. Berry.  Most people can't believe my age as I am young in mind, body and spirit.  I am in my 60's passing for 40 something and I can truly keep up with the 30 year olds.   At 58, I was huffing, puffing and grunting climbing stairs.  I joined the gym and by 60 as pictured above I had lost nearly 40 pounds, dropped from 33% body fat to 18% and felt amazing vitality and energy.  By 62 I completed my first marathon.  Before this, the last time I ran was in high school!  It does not matter where you start or what shape you are in now.  It only matters that you do start to transform your health and life.  Simply amazing!  Thanks to my coach for life, R.B. Actually Delicious Turkey Burgers)

This is a simple and delicious recipe. After making them the first time my husband said 'no more' to beef burgers. These are really good - any cooking method may be used, and they freeze very well. The recipe can also be used for meatballs or meat loaves."

Here's What You Need
  • 3 pounds ground turkey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely diced onion
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
  • 2 egg whites, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, seasoned bread crumbs, onion, egg whites, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form into 12 patties.
  3. Cook the patties in a medium skillet over medium heat, turning once, to an internal temperature of 180 degrees F (85 degrees C).
