I found the TRUE FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH! Results that you can see, feel and believe!

 Here I am at 60 years old. How you look on the outside is just the icing on the cake, but very nice icing indeed when modeled by Coach R.B. Berry.  Most people can't believe my age as I am young in mind, body and spirit.  I am in my 60's passing for 40 something and I can truly keep up with the 30 year olds.   At 58, I was huffing, puffing and grunting climbing stairs.  I joined the gym and by 60 as pictured above I had lost nearly 40 pounds, dropped from 33% body fat to 18% and felt amazing vitality and energy.  By 62 I completed my first marathon.  Before this, the last time I ran was in high school!  It does not matter where you start or what shape you are in now.  It only matters that you do start to transform your health and life.  Simply amazing!  Thanks to my coach for life, R.B.     A delicious low-fat muffin. Children love them. If desired, add a few raisins and/or some chopped nuts.
  • Apple Oatmeal Cookies
    Moist, tasty cookies.
  • April's Deviled Eggs
    Slices of egg, filled with delicately spiced creamy goodness. Served cool.
  • Artichoke Salsa
    A wonderful, light salsa recipe given to me by my friend J.C., who claims she can't cook!
  • Artichokes
    Simple and delicious steamed artichokes. Serve these with melted butter for dipping. You will need a pan with a steamer insert.
  • Asian Avocado
    Here is a very different and simple way of enjoying avocados. Use low sodium soy sauce if desired, but full flavored is best.
